This software allows the generation of elliptical stochastic storms that are obtained from PADF (Precipitation, area, duration, frequency) curves for a given basin. The modeling of rainfall not associated with the passing of a hurricane nearby a specific region can be performed using ERN-LluviaNH, developed by ERN-AL.
